Tuition Policies
Tuition policy is outlined in the student handbook, provided to students before joining the program. Tuition policy is subject to change without notice. The London Academy of Sciences (Level UK Owner) reserves the right to decide whether to grant a scholarship.
- Training costs include tuition fees, accompanying services, learning materials, learning costs, not included textbooks (if purchased from other suppliers). The training fee does not include the application fee, consular legalization fee, notarization fee, library participation fee, or expenses incurred related to the learning process outlined in the student handbook.
- The optional costs will be outlined in the student handbook. Learners have the right to choose whether or not to use the service. LAS does not require or force learners to use optional services.
- Learners should carefully consider the regulations on refunding tuition fees in the student handbook.
- LAS reviews scholarships or grants based on fairness and non-discrimination principles, but reserves the right to decide whether to grant scholarships. A denial, if any, is a LAS decision. LAS may or may not need an explanation of the reason.
- LAS representatives in many countries only collect tuition fees and return them to LAS.
- LAS is committed to providing complete information about tuition fees, committing not to incur with what is not listed, and not requiring learners to pay optional fees.
Tuition Refund Policies
Under the London Academy of Sciences regulations, tuition reimbursement policy is shown in the student handbook, in compliance with the relevant guidelines. Learners are always informed before enrollment and be sure to understand the refund policy before deciding to apply and after accepted by LAS.
The Tuition Refund Policies detail the refundable or not refundable fees, the reason, and refund rate (if any). Some notes about the refund policy are as follows:
- The application fee will not be refunded whether or not the student is admitted into the program.
- Tuition will be 100% refund if 2 weeks before the first course (for the first tuition) and the next course (for subsequent tuition payments).
- Tuition will be 50% refund if 1 week before the first course (for the first tuition) and the next course (for subsequent tuition payments).
- Tuition will not be refunded if the first course has been opened (for the first installment) and the next course has been opened (for subsequent tuition payments).
